i found the location quite central i could easily walk to many places. the cafe next door was a great convenience for breakfast. the staff were helpful and check-in was easy using whatsapp i liked the digital system.

the room was a bit small the pictures made it seem larger than it was. i could hear noise from other guests in the hallway it was a bit loud at times. the window wasn't sealed properly so cold air came in during the night

Check-in was very easy. I did it all remotely! the location is perfect, just a short walk from the underground, shops, and theatres. the modern room was clean. i would stay here again for sure, because i had a good experience!

The wi-fi signal in my room wasn't great. It was sometimes slow, though it was usable enough.

the location is near a subway hub and many top attractions. several restaurants are nearby, offering various dining options! it is a short walk to many places. i had no problem reaching my destinations.

The room size was good. I liked the central location, it made walking to central areas very easy. The cafe next door offered a discount and that was a nice bonus.

The hotel walls were paper thin. I could hear every noise in rooms next to mine. There was also an electric issue in the room, not ideal.

Check-in was easy. Communication was great through the WhatsApp chat. It helped answer all my questions. The location proved excellent for exploring the area.

The room was smaller than depicted in the photos. I also noticed a lack of furniture. There was limited space for clothing storage.

The location it offers is really advantageous. It's a short walk to Tottenham Court Road station. i was able to resolve the pin issue quickly. i will consider a return visit next time.

i noticed noise in room 112 at 05:00 every day, this was unacceptable. some services went on right next to the bedroom, and the noise was loud. sleep became impossible.

This hotel has luggage storage. It is quite useful and offers somewhere to put your bags after checking out. the japanese restaurant inside the hotel is excellent offering quality meals. a bakery next door provides convenient options for a quick breakfast

the hotel is very close to busy areas but not directly in them i appreciated this balance. it is a few minutes from elizabeth line allowing for quick access to different parts of the city. numerous cafes and restaurants are within easy walking distance

poor water pressureunacceptable service

this place was not what i expect. there weren't any staff onsite at all. it's a total self-service thing managed through whatsapp. the shower had poor water pressure, so showering felt more like standing under a weak trickle of water. i also had to lug my bags to another location because nobody was at the reception when i checked out, and i had to pay for that too! that really ticked me off, it's unacceptable service for what i paid.
